Our family is new to Colorado, and we would really love to explore our new hometown and meet other families of preschool aged children. My husband is working from home and caring for our 4yo, so if there any other stay-at-home dads, or any parent for that matter, looking for some weekday playdates, join us! I hope to join in on my day off, or plan some weekend events.

My partner and I started this group to meet other LGBT families in and around Boulder County, Colorado. While we often see other queer families out and about, the closest groups for LGBT families seem to be in Denver, which is a little too far for regular play groups. This group will primarily meet in Longmont and Boulder at parks, local events, coffee shops, and trail heads. Our hope is that this Meetup group will be an easy and fun way to meet other pride families. If you have an idea for …

Who are we, and what do we do? Rocky Mountain Puppy Rescue is an amazing group of hard working volunteers and foster families that dedicate their time and energy to saving the lives of unwanted puppies and dogs. We transfer puppies from overcrowded, under funded rural shelters where the dogs are at risk of euthanasia, to a loving foster home where they get the affection, socialization and medical attention they need.
